10 wasted days in Singapore

It was such a boring day to spend ur 10 days all alone in Singapore.
I wasn't really alone though, I did meet up with old friends, catch up with some gossips... lol...
On the 14th of January I arrived in Singapore at around 3pm. I had to stay @ the hotel since I haven't got a key to enter the apartment, my mum forgot to left it to my bro.
The first thing I did is to take a shower and went to Loy Kee to buy the chicken rice. Hmmm, yummy!!!!! I'm craving for it for so long man!

The next day, Ce Vera arrived, so I moved all my luggage to the apartment. Home sweet home.
Ce Vera invited me for a dinner at an Italian restaurant called Rocky's Pizza. Ciao Italia in Perth is still the best ever!



On the16th of January, I accompany Ce Vera to the dentist. I always avoid myself to go to a dentist. But Ce Vera keep insisting me to make an appointment with the dentist to clean my gums. T_T and the next morning I canceled the appointment... lol ... (she was on her way back to Padang in the morning).
While I was in Kinokuniya, Eldo msg me and asked me to come over to Toa Payoh. I can't go, so I told him to stay with me on Saturday. We meet up for a while in Bugis and he gave me a receipt to pick up his glasses in Orchard Rd.

On Saturday night I had a little reunion with my UIS friends at Marina Bay



On Sunday my bro and I went to Vivo city and had lunch at Hogs Breath Cafe. Finally...!!! Back to perth a couple of months ago, I didn't get the chance to eat at Hogs Breath.



After lunch, I went to Orchard to meet up with Fifi and one of my IF's friend called Danny.


On the 20th January, I met up with Stephen, stroll around Orchard (again) and he took me to the temple in China Town. We ate Hokkien Mie for our lunch.



At nite, I met with my cs friend called Pink, she was with her friend called David (If i'm not mistaken)



Step have to met up with his friend, so we parted with Pink and join Stephen and his gang. We ate at a Korean Restaurant "Mario". The foods aren't as tempting as I thought.

Friday Fever

These couple of days I'm hanging out with my friends, since they are working as a marketing, they can go out anytime they want. That was the only one advantage of being a marketer.
Yesterday they invited me for a lunch. They picked me up from home and I'm being introduced to one of their friend called "Lilok". He was driving Tessa's new car.
We decided to go to the mall and to our suprise, it was ladies day. There was a reserved parking spaces for ladies only. Since Lilok was driving so he exchange seats with Adeh so we are able to park at that reserved parking space... LOL.

We ate at Rice Bowl and ordered the meal sets for 4 people. After that, we went to Chevron (excluding Lilok) cause Adeh needs to prospect another 3 people in order to reach her monthly target. (Geez, it's tough to work in the marketing area). Because of that, she keep asking me to help her and open an account in DBS. Ouch.

Oh, and I met Pak Ruli afterwards at someone's house. I don't know her name, the only thing I know is that she works as a RM in DBS. We ate "sate kacang" and went to Ko ... house. errrrr damn! I can't recall his name..... soon after, we went to Pak Anthony's house (Tessa's superior) and we went back home. While I was on my way home, Jim called and said that he's in front of my house and I told him to wait as I will arrive home in 5 minutes. He came to pick up the accesorries he ordered.

And today, I didn't go anywhere. I'm being a good girl. Mum gave me a memento from Dubai and Greece

Happy Yippie New Year

Welcome to the year of 2009. Can you feel any difference? As for me, it's pretty much the same *sigh*

Yesterday I take a shower at 4.45pm whereas they asked me to meet them at exactly 5pm. Not much of a surprised, I was late. My home ran out of gas, I called them at around 1.30pm, but they showed up at 4.40pm. Argh.... I don't feel comfortable if I don't take a shower (I wonder how Wenda could survive :-P ops) I don't even have time for dinner.
Meet up with Handy & Hendry at Xi Men (West Gate) and walk to the train terminal.
Ta-Daaaaa....... To my surprise, they are a lot of people waiting for the train. When the train arrive, everybody milled around! Whoaaaaa, If I'm in China during the next New Year's Eve. I'd rather stay at home. The train was like overloaded, you can barely move! T_T

Finally at 7+ we arrived at Chimelong then we watch the Circus. It was spectacular! It's pretty much amused me. I forgot to charge my battery of my camera, so I just took a few photos.

After watching it, we were planning to eat dinner at a restaurant near Pearl River. It's a Thailand restaurant called errrr... " ... Gui Fang" I can't remember. Their specialised food is the Roasted Pigeon. It taste like Roasted Duck.... LOL



Anyway, by the way, bus way, we did the countdown in the restaurant, though I think we did the wrong timing since everyone's have different time. We don't know which one is the most accurate. LOL. That guy behind Hendry with white jacket is damn funny! We didn't know their name since they called each other "Jack"
